BILL S. DALE - Owner
I’m a proud graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Engineering, specializing in wood technology. With over 40 years of hands-on experience working with all wood species, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the craft and science behind quality flooring.
I founded Dale’s Hardwood Flooring in 1994, and since then, we’ve adapted to every innovation and change in the flooring industry. From traditional hardwood to modern engineered flooring, we stay ahead by using only state-of-the-art equipment, including dustless sanding and finishing systems that keep your space clean and safe.

After calling and looking for 3 years for someone to refinish our floors (no shows, no return calls, etc) **** showed up, had answers for a couple of difficult problems we needed to address and we were on our way! Everything they said they would do, they did. We discussed stain colors and **** obliged with samples and insight. Everyone that worked for **** was helpful and informative. They were on time, they were craftsmen and knowledgeable and we have the most STUNNING floors!! We are as happy as any folks could be! We bought a house. Told them closing date. They were there. In 1 wk our floors were done, finished, cured, and put down molding! These floors were a mess from previous refinishers.
